Repair runs locally in your browser using WebAssembly and Web Workers. Your PDF never leaves your device. The tool attempts to rebuild the cross-reference table, correct object offsets, rewrite damaged streams, remove minor syntax issues, and optionally linearize the file for faster web viewing.
We do not receive or store your PDFs. Processing happens on your device only. The page may load anonymous Google analytics, but files are never uploaded to servers.
Limits depend on your RAM and browser. Modern desktops handle tens to hundreds of MB. Close unused tabs for large scans. If a file fails, try the Light strategy first, then Aggressive.
